Chiang Mai is a city filled with incredible temples in Northern Thailand. Spiritual thoughts fill the air. Wat Phra Singh is a XIV century temple centrally located within the city walls. The golden pagodas shine gracefully under the changing light - each moment is unique . On this frame shot against a cloud covered sun, the structures seem to reach towards heaven. To me, it feels much like our struggle for meaning and redemption - limited by our present condition, bound by gravity and longing for heaven.
